This position requires an accountant/full charge bookkeeper with experience managing the workflow of an accounting department. This position is for you if you love the consistency of accounting and desire the uniqueness of the small business environment. Working with our portfolio of diverse clients, you will get to utilize your skills and experience helping owners build profitable businesses. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be available Pacific Time Zone business hours

  • 5 years of accrual-based bookkeeping experience, including financial statement preparation. Projections and analysis experience a plus

  • 5 years of QuickBooks Online or Desktop experience

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Responsible, trustworthy, professional, responsive

  • Resourceful with Excellent Communication skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software applications. DropBox, Zoom, Slack, Outlook, Excel, Word, Clickup.

  • Team oriented

  • Desire to learn and grow with the firm; interested in a long-term opportunity.

  • Dual monitors
